Sports injuries

Posted on January 11, 2017March 15, 2018 by Karen

Sports injuries are very common. They vary from minor toe or finger injuries to major complex traumas. Usually only soft tissue is damaged, with sprains, strains and bruising, but there can also be fracturing of bone.

For more information on how acupuncture can help with sports injury recovery and rehabilitation, please download this factsheet.
