We are temporarily closed.
Love Community Acupuncture is closing for the foreseeable future. We have received a recommendation from our professional body, the British Acupuncture Council, to postpone appointments in order to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
We are very sorry to leave our patients without access to affordable acupuncture, but we accept that there’s a risk of spreading the virus if we stay open. So it’s time for us to close our doors in the interests of greater safety for everyone.
If you’re booked in with us, we’ll be in touch soon to cancel and refund any advance payment.
If you feel adrift without your acupuncture appointment, we are offering short online or telephone appointments. Our acupuncturists will talk with you, perhaps do a little guided relaxation work, or demonstrate self-acupressure techniques to help you stay in the best possible physical, mental and emotional health. If you’re interested in this, please email us for more information.
We have really appreciated your support over the last few weeks. It’s been a challenging time for everyone, and we’re ready to play our part in supporting our community. We’ll get through this together.
If you have any questions about our closure, please either email us or call us on 07582 234578.
Please feel free to check back here for future updates.
Karen Charlesworth, Chrissie Thomas and Mitchell Macgregor
At our Bishy Road clinic, you see an acupuncturist one-to-one for a private 45-minute appointment.
You pay what you can afford, starting at £20. You can choose what you pay – we don’t ask you for evidence! And although our prices are low, of course there’s no compromise on safety, hygiene or effectiveness.
The Bishy Road clinic is open on:
Tuesdays 9am-7pm with Mitchell Macgregor
Thursdays 9am-7pm with Chrissie Thomas
